We are here to support CHC and All Age Continuing Care teams working for the ICB or Health Board to identify and recommend changes to packages of care, either up or down, where care needs have changed or the continuation of packages where needs remain the same. Any savings that accrue from our clinical reviews can then be reinvested into NHS services.

We use a tried and tested model of remote working which integrates well with incumbent healthcare teams to collaborate on workload management.
